Today I'm answering the question: is strategy important for building a personal brand?

Is strategy important? In my opinion, everything should exist with a strategy in the background. 

I happen to be the kind of person who loves strategy, structure, and systems. And when I look at personal brands, I see exactly that - a whole lot of moving, growing, and ever-evolving parts!

🔵 But why is strategy important for the sustained growth of a personal brand?

➡️ it puts things in order (you can structure the consistency, cross-connect, and optimise the elements in order to create a seamless brand experience)

➡️ each additional element or step forward becomes intentional (you know exactly why you are doing it, and the potential benefits it brings)

➡️ it creates flexibility (a strong strategy creates an overview of the way forward, and so if something comes up needing swift adapting and changing, it is much easier to navigate towards the desired outcome and course-correct)

➡️ each element is optimised to its full capacity (if you create a strategy for each specific element of your personal brand, you will be able to grow more effectively with more impact; each step becomes stronger)
