Since 2012, I've worked on many different projects, stepping into various roles from running my businesses to photo/video producer and editor, creative director, brand and strategy developer, as well as music artist manager. This unique combination of experiences and tasks that came along the way shaped my leadership style, branding framework, idea-generating mentality, and resilience, as well as adaptability in ever-changing environments.

The variety of perspectives gives me an edge when it comes to creating effective brand strategies, generating desired results, and deeply connecting people to the brand.

I strive to create one-of-a-kind ideas and projects that directly serve the brand's needs and earn it its own impactful position within the market or niche it operates in. I believe the only way to truly stand out is to "own it" and do it your way.

It's safe to say that I like to do things differently - in a way that's unique, authentic, genuine and true to oneself!

 

And that brings me to my main focus - People, Purpose, and Progress.

People: When I work on creating any brand strategies and plans for the future, the first thing on my mind is people. They, or I should rather say We, drive everything forward. Any business or brand is a consequence of people. There is a human being at the beginning of the journey, the founder, the leader, the idea maker, the starting point of it all; there are humans that drive it forward, a.k.a. the team, the employees that help the business thrive; and there are the consumers, the audience, the fans. So with that in mind, I start discovering what's in it for the people, for the leaders, the workers, as well as the consumer; how can all ends meet and come together harmoniously, delivering a great brand experience from the beginning to the end? How can we establish strong and reliable connections between each key player responsible for the brand's success? And how can all elements of the brand come together cohesively and work as one - a mechanism, a powerhouse that cannot be stopped?

Purpose: A fire igniter, that's what a sense of purpose is to me. And the more we can define that within a brand, the easier it is to march forward successfully. Knowing the motive, the drive, the reason behind everything we do is key to creating a strong foundation upon which we can build with stability. In the past, clients have told me that once they gained a very clear picture and understanding of their brand DNA, it became easy to make decisions, plans, and necessary steps that directly aligned with the brand's purpose and vision for the future; they were also able to achieve their goals faster because of stronger sense of focus and clarity within their brand and business strategy. Determining what's at the core of all you do is crucial for you to be able to create work with more meaning, achieve success that inspires, and lead the way forward with passion.

Progress: The most essential thing within any brand or business - Progress, with a capital P! The world is constantly changing and shifting its ways, evolution is real, and the rate at which humans are currently progressing in practically all fields is getting seriously close to the speed of light - blink and you'll miss it. And so the real and first question here is - how do we measure progress? What is progress to you? What kind of goals have you set for your brand that you wish to achieve? Are you achieving them? Are there any changes that need to happen along the way for you to be able to execute on those goals faster and with more ease? I believe any business at any stage has a growth potential, and if we adopt a mindset of continuous adaptation and course-correction depending on innovations within our fields, we are on a great path to creating continuous success - and all that can be described simply as Progress, a momentum of expansion, always reaching the next level.

 

With that said, I'm looking forward to seeing more brands truly embodying their values, making a positive change and leaving an impactful mark in the world - not just in their own success story but also in individuals that their brand reaches. I believe the upcoming years will bring in a huge wave of innovation and shifts in a very short amount of time, and so, now more than ever, it's important to have a strong foundation, clear direction, and willingness to learn, grow, and expand as we pave our way forward.
